We need :
- Steamer
- 3 cobs fresh sweet corn
- 2 tablespoon salted butter
- 1 tablespoon sweet condensed milk
- grated cheddar cheese
How to:
- Heat up your steamer with enough water, wait for water to boil.
- Use a sharp knife to remove kernels of the corn from the cob.
- Put the kernels into steamer, steam for 8 -10 minutes.
- Put cooked kernels into medium size bowl.
- Add salted butter and sweet condensed milk, mix well.
- Serve with grated cheddar cheese. (optional)
Note :
Serve when still hot.
